Tilia is the Latin name for the Linden tree found throughout Mendoza. In Argentina’s wine country, the tree’s leaves are commonly used by vineyard workers to brew a popular, calming tea. Fresh violet and plum on the nose with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Soft and sweet on the palate leading into smooth and silky textures with plenty of red berries, plum and vanilla oak flavors. Well-structured with a long finish.
Grapes are sourced from Mendoza's Eastern and Uco Valley.
Fermented at 27/29ºC for 12 days in stainless steel tanks.
