Bright straw. Very floral, intensely aromatic Riesling nose with hints of lemon verbena and jasmine plus fresh citrus fruit. Then very pure and clean, offering juicy orchard fruit and powdered stone elements. An enticing easy-to-drink quality makes this wine go down like water. Finishes long and mineral. Made from roughly 20- to 30-year-old vines (the oldest ones are actually 50 to 60 years old and grow in the high-quality Herrenweg lieu-dit)...Lovely entry-level wine.See detailed press review
