Brook brings over three decades of hospitality and sales experience to the Trialto team. He acquired a wealth of knowledge in hospitality while working as Operations Manager for the Flying Pig and by opening 15 restaurants across Canada for multiple Corporate Chains. Having completed his WSET Level 3 while working with Pernod Ricard, Brook continued to build upon his wine knowledge while consulting for Mark Anthony and most recently for Christopher Stewart Wines.

Since becoming a father in 2016, Brook enjoys spending time with his daughter and coaching her to recite wine tasting notes as party tricks. Outside of the office, you will find him spending time with his family skiing, snow showing, hiking and enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle.
