The Grillos Cantores Cabernet vineyard is 25 acres of carbonated alluvial soil with espalier trellising systems. It was planted in 1993 and is located at an elevation of 1380 feet in Cachapoal.
Winemaker Francois Massoc uses selected yeast strains and zero stem inclusion as well as a 10 day cold soak. The elevage is done in vats and stainless steel tanks with lees contact.
